Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic (4 cloves) and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Seafood

Add the shrimp, baby scallops, and clams to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the clams have opened. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic cream sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
