Iced Tea Directions

Brew the Tea
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes.

Sweeten the Tea
Remove tea bags and stir in 1 cup of sugar while the tea is still warm until dissolved.

Cool the Tea
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Brew the Coffee
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of coffee grounds and let it simmer for about 4 minutes.

Filter the Coffee
Strain the coffee using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to remove the grounds.

Serve
Serve hot or allow to cool and serve over ice for an iced coffee variant.
