Prepare Sandwich Filling
Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Layer Ingredients
On two slices of bread, layer turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.

Butter the Bread
Spread butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.

Grill the Sandwiches
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve
Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
