Method

Beef Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Add the beef sirloin, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the beef from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.

Vegetable Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the beef is cooking, rinse the fresh spinach and bean sprouts. Slice the red onion. Arrange the spinach as a base on a serving platter, top with sliced onions and bean sprouts.

Peanut Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Peanut Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, water, honey, and sriracha sauce until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.

Serving

  1. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Top the vegetable base with the sliced beef and drizzle with the peanut sauce. Serve immediately.
