Crispy Tater Cubes

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes (about 1-inch in size).

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  3. 3

    Season the Cubes

In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Potatoes

Spread the potato cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Toppings

While the potatoes are baking, grate the farmhouse Gouda cheese and slice the beet pickled eggs.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the tater cubes are crispy, remove them from the oven. Serve them hot topped with grated Gouda cheese, a drizzle of Joppiesaus, and slices of beet pickled eggs.
