Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and slice the cucumber and radishes. Tear the lettuce leaves into cups. Chop the cilantro and mint.

Form the Skewers
Cut the Thai sausage into bite-sized pieces. Thread the sausage pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Cook the Skewers
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through and slightly charred.

Arrange the lettuce cups, cucumber slices, radishes, and fresh herbs on a serving platter. Place the cooked sausage skewers on top and serve with naam jim sauce for dipping.
