Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine garlic, parsley, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, red chili, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Carefully make slits on both sides of the branzino. Rub the marinade generously inside the cavity and on the skin. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  4. 4

    Grill the Branzino

Place the marinated branzino on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with additional lime wedges and fresh herbs on the side.
