Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Noodles

While the chicken is marinating, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  4. 4

    Add Chicken

Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the marinated chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Combine Everything

Add the cooked rice noodles, chili flakes, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately.
