Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet used for the steak, add sliced onions, red and yellow bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Combine the Ingredients

Slice the rested steak into strips and add it back to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in the coconut milk and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Mix with Pasta

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
