Preparation of Lamb Chops

1. Marinate the Lamb

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, honey, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb chops and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Cook the Lamb

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

3. Prepare the Lobster

While the lamb is cooking, prepare the lobster tail. Cut the top shell down the center with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat out. Place it on top of the shell.

4. Season and Cook the Lobster

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat. Grill the lobster tail on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and firm.
