Steak Preparation

1. Season the Ribeye

Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

2. Cook the Ribeye

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.

Lobster Tail Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the lobster tail shell down the center with kitchen shears and gently lift the meat out, leaving it attached at the base.
