Prep the Grape Leaves
If using jarred grape leaves, rinse them under cold water to remove excess brine. If using fresh leaves, blanch them in boiling water for about 2 minutes to soften.

Stuff the Grape Leaves
Lay a grape leaf on a flat surface, with the stem end facing you. Place about 1 tablespoon of the rice filling near the base of the leaf. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the base to the tip. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.

Cook the Stuffed Grape Leaves
In a large pot, arrange the stuffed grape leaves seam-side down. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and pour vegetable broth over the top. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the leaves are tender.

Serve
Let the stuffed grape leaves cool slightly before serving. They can be served warm or at room temperature, drizzled with additional lemon juice if desired.
