1. Prepare the Marinade

Add the cubed lamb to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

2. Prepare the Skewers

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked wooden skewers, leaving some space between each piece.

3. Grill the Kebabs

Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.

4. Cook the Rice

While the kebabs are grilling, rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add the rice, and cook according to package instructions.

5. Serve

Once the kebabs are done, remove them from the grill. Serve hot with the cooked rice.
