Form the Falafel
Scoop out portions of the mixture and form into small balls or patties, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a plate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them hold their shape while frying.

Fry the Falafel
Fry the falafel in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.

Serve
Serve the crispy falafel warm with the tahini sauce drizzled over the top or as a dip on the side.
