Fries Preparation
Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the Kennebec potatoes into even-sized fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, Hawaij spice blend, and salt until evenly coated.
Bake the Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Preserved Lemon Mint Yogurt Dip Preparation
Mix the Dip
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, preserved lemon, fresh mint, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
Season the Dip
Add salt to taste and stir again. Adjust seasoning as desired.
