Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub the mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Cut the Vegetables

Trim the asparagus and cut the bell peppers into strips. Slice the carrots into thin rounds.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Using the same grill, place the vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  2. 7

    Add Lemon Juice and Parsley

Once the butter is melted, stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place a grilled salmon fillet alongside the grilled seasonal vegetables. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the salmon.

  2. 9

    Serve Immediately

Enjoy your grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables and lemon butter sauce while hot.
