Prepare Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack, ensuring they are not touching.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Make Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
