Chill Ingredients
Before making your Spritz, ensure your Prosecco and soda water are chilled in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass or a spritz glass and fill it with ice cubes to your liking.

Add Aperol
Pour 1 cup of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Slowly add 3 cups of chilled Prosecco to the glass. Pour gently to maintain the bubbles.

Top with Soda Water
Add 1 cup of soda water to the mixture. Adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
