Prepare Salad Base

Chop Greens
Wash the romaine lettuce and kale thoroughly. Tear the romaine into bite-sized pieces and chop the kale into smaller pieces. Add both to a large salad bowl.

Prepare Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the rustic bread into bite-sized cubes.

Season and Bake
In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Blend Dressing
In a blender, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, water, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
Assemble Salad

Combine Ingredients
Pour the tahini dressing over the chopped greens and toss gently to coat. Add the croutons and toss again.

Grate the Grana Padano cheese over the top of the salad generously.
