Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the oranges, lemons, and limes into thin rounds. Hull and slice the strawberries, and if using, slice the peaches or nectarines.

  2. 2

    Mix the Fruit

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced oranges, lemons, limes, strawberries, and peaches. Gently stir to mix the fruits together.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 3

    Add the Juices

Pour the white grape juice into the pitcher with the mixed fruits. Stir gently to combine.

  2. 4

    Incorporate the Sweetener

Add the honey or agave syrup to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.

  3. 5

    Chill the Mixture

Refrigerate the sangria mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 6

    Add the Bubbles

Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water or club soda and lemon-lime soda to the pitcher. This will add fizz to the drink.

  2. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
