Pimento Cheese Dip

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, chopped pimentos, and mayonnaise.

Add Seasonings
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Chill the Dip
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Grilled Veggies

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare Vegetables
In a large bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Remove and Set Aside
Once grilled, remove the vegetables from the grill and set aside.
Fried Saltines

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Saltines
Carefully add saltine crackers to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 30 seconds or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Drain and Cool
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried saltines and place them on a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
