Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Measure the Tea Leaves

In a clean and dry measuring spoon, measure out 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves, 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves, and 1 tablespoon of herbal tea leaves. Combine them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Prepare Flavor Enhancers

Add 1 teaspoon of dried lavender, 1 teaspoon of dried rose petals, 1 cinnamon stick, and 1 tablespoon of sliced fresh ginger to the bowl with the tea leaves.

Brewing

  1. 3

    Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

  2. 4

    Steep the Tea Mixture

Once the water reaches a boil, remove it from the heat and add the tea and flavor enhancer mixture. Cover the kettle and let it steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Serving

  1. 5

    Strain and Sweeten

Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the brewed tea into cups to strain out the leaves and enhancers. If desired, add honey, sugar, or stevia to taste.

  2. 6

    Enjoy Your Tea

Serve the tea hot and enjoy its delightful flavors. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for added freshness.
