Prepare Chicken
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the mixture. Let sit for 15-30 minutes to marinate.
2. Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
