Preparation of Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to prepare for roasting the cauliflower.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform cooking.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
Cooking the Cauliflower

Roast the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Combining and Serving

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, add the crispy roasted cauliflower and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently until the cauliflower is well coated in the sauce.

Transfer the buffalo cauliflower to a serving plate. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley and serve with celery sticks on the side.
