Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Glass
Rinse a tall glass with cold water and then fill it with ice to chill it while you blend the drink.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Once blended, pour the pina colada mixture into the chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry, and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
