Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.

Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet with the mushrooms. Cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta and toss to coat evenly. Stir in chopped green onions.
