Pasta Preparation

1

Cook the Spaghetti

Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Char the Tomatoes

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they are blistered and charred, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3

Sauté Garlic and Prawns

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

4

Combine Ingredients

Add the charred tomatoes back to the skillet along with the white wine and chili flakes. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and arugula, tossing to combine. Season with truffle salt to taste.

Garlic Bread Preparation

5

Prepare Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.

6

Toast the Baguette

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, spread the garlic butter mixture on each half, and toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes until golden.
