Prepare the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the sparkling rosé wine, pink grapefruit juice, and strawberry purée. Stir gently to mix.

Add Ice
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.

Pour the Mixture
Pour the prepared rosé mixture over the ice-filled glasses, leaving some space at the top.

Top with Bellini Slush
Gently spoon the Classic Bellini slush over the top of each drink.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish each glass with fresh strawberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
