Beef Dip
Method
Preparation
- 1
Slow-Roast the Beef
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the Canadian Certified Angus Beef® with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme. Place the beef in a roasting pan.
- 2
Prepare Garlic and Broth
Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil. Spread the mixture over the beef. In a separate bowl, combine beef broth and soy sauce, then pour it over the beef in the roasting pan.
- 3
- 4
Prepare the Panini
Once the beef is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest. Heat a skillet or panini press over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of the panini bread rolls.
- 5
Assemble and Grill
Slice the beef thinly and pile it high inside the panini rolls. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 6
Serve
Serve the beef dip sandwiches with a side of the flavorful au jus from the roasting pan for dipping.
