Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal parts, shaping each into a 1/4 lb patty.
- 2
Cook the Patties
Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 3
Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place two slices of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- 4
Prepare the Bun
While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by one cheesy patty, then the second cheesy patty. Top with sliced tomato, pickles, and a generous amount of Triple 'O' sauce. Finish with the top half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the Double Double Burger with your choice of side (fries, salad, etc.). Enjoy!
