Prepare the Glass
Chill a champagne flute or a large wine glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Mix Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Captain Morgan White Rum, Peach Schnapps, and Sangria. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake gently.

Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass, filling it about halfway.

Top with Sparkling Wine
Carefully top off the glass with sparkling wine, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.

Garnish with fresh peach slices on the rim of the glass.
