Chill the Wines
Before serving, chill both the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Combine the Wines
In a clean red wine glass, pour 50ml of Cabernet Sauvignon followed by 50ml of Merlot.

Swirl and Smell
Gently swirl the glass to aerate the wine, then take a moment to enjoy the aromas that arise from the blend.

Take a sip of the blend, noting the balance of flavors from both wines. Enjoy the wine as is or pair with your favorite cheese or charcuterie.
