Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined; do not overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Heat the Griddle
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a little butter or oil.

Cook Pancakes
Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Remove the pancakes from the skillet and keep them warm. Serve topped with maple syrup and fresh berries.
