Wash the Fruits
Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Prepare the Strawberries
Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into quarters.

Prepare the Banana
Peel the banana and slice it into rounds.

Prepare the Kiwi
Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds or half-moons.

Prepare the Mango
Peel the mango, slice the flesh away from the pit, and then cut it into cubes.

Prepare the Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, peel it, remove the core, and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain it well.
Mixing

Combine the Fruits
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, mango, grapes, and pineapple.

Add Optional Ingredients
If desired, add mint leaves, honey, and lime juice to the fruit mixture for added flavor.
Serving

Serve the Salad
Using a large spoon, serve the fruit salad into individual bowls or plates. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
