Preparation of Crab Cakes

    Mix Crab Cake Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Mix gently until well combined.

    Form Crab Cakes

    Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Cooking the Seafood

    Prepare the Catfish

    Season catfish fillets with salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Dredge in a mixture of flour and cornmeal.

    Fry Catfish

    Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry catfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

    Season shrimp with Old Bay seasoning. Dip in a mixture of flour, egg, and milk, then coat with cornmeal.

Cooking the Crab Cakes
