Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Stuffing

In a bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grouper

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the grouper fillets on a clean surface. Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each fillet for stuffing.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Fillets

Carefully fill each grouper fillet pocket with the crab mixture, pressing gently to ensure it holds together.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the Stuffed Grouper

In a baking dish, place the stuffed grouper fillets. Dot with butter and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
