Prepare the Crab Cakes

    Make the Crab Cake Mixture

    In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Form and Cook the Cakes

    Form the mixture into small patties. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Cook the Seafood

    Season the Shrimp and Mahi Mahi

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp and mahi mahi in the mixture to coat.

    Cook the Shrimp

    Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.

    Cook the Mahi Mahi

    Grill or pan-sear the mahi mahi for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.

Serve the Platter

    Arrange the cooked shrimp, mahi mahi, and crab cakes on a platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
