Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

Once the chicken is cooked, place the cheddar cheese on top of each chicken breast. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Biscuit

Split the buttermilk biscuits in half. On the bottom half, place the fried chicken with melted cheese, drizzle with red pepper raspberry syrup, and then top with the fried egg.

  5. 5

    Add Sausage Gravy

Spoon the sausage gravy generously over the fried egg and then place the top half of the biscuit on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your Crazy Bird sandwich!
