Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Add the chopped parsley and capers, stirring until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Tuna

Place the Bluefin tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fish is evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stovetop.

  4. 4

    Grill the Tuna

Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Grill the steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the tuna from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
