Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well mixed.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy with a fresh salad or your favorite side dish.
