Marinate the Fish
Place the white seabass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fish is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

In the last minute of grilling, sprinkle the capers and chopped parsley over the fish to enhance the flavor.
