Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation of Ingredients

Begin by gathering all ingredients. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Season the Halibut

Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the fillets. Season with salt and black pepper.

3

Sauté Garlic

Finely chop the garlic cloves. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

4

Bake the Halibut

In a baking dish, place the halibut fillets. Pour the sautéed garlic over the fillets. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the top and sprinkle with capers. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5

Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the halibut from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Wild Alaskan Halibut with your choice of sides.
