    Prepare the Shellfish

    Fill a large bowl with ice. Arrange the shrimp, crab meat, oysters, and lobster tails on top of the ice.

    Make the Cocktail Sauce

    In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce until well combined.

    Plate the Dish

    Serve the shellfish on the ice with the cocktail sauce on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
