Prepare the Pasta

Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes.

Reserve Pasta Water
Before draining, reserve about 1 cup of the pasta cooking water. Drain the spaghetti and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta. Cook until crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

Mix the Eggs and Cheese
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated parmesan cheese, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve

Combine Spaghetti with Pancetta
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the cooked pancetta. Toss to combine, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors.
