Method

Starters

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit. Then, using a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the spinach to blanch it for about 1-2 minutes until it wilts. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them to remove excess salt. If using frozen, thaw them first. Chop the artichoke hearts into smaller pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
