Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: rice flour, water, salt, and oil.
- 2
Mix the Rice Flour Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of rice flour and 1 tsp of salt. Gradually add 1.5 cups of water to the mixture while stirring to prevent lumps. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- 3
Grease the Cooking Surface
Using 2 tablespoons of oil, grease a non-stick skillet or frying pan evenly. This will help prevent the rice flour mixture from sticking.
- 4
Cook the Mixture
Pour a ladle of the rice flour batter into the preheated skillet over medium heat. Spread it out evenly into a thin layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- 5
Flip and Cook the Other Side
Carefully flip the rice flour pancake using a spatula. Cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- 6
Repeat the Process
Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed to prevent sticking.
- 7
Serve
Once all rice flour pancakes are cooked, stack them on a plate and serve warm. Enjoy with your choice of dipping sauce or toppings.
