- 1
Prepare the Beef Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, approximately 2 inches in diameter.
- 3
Cook the Patties
Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- 4
Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet with a lid to help melt the cheese.
- 5
Assemble the Sliders
Slice the brioche buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, place a cooked cheeseburger patty, followed by a dollop of ketchup and a few slices of pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and enjoy while warm.
