Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

Take the ground beef and form it into a small patty, about 1/4 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bun

While the burger is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer with lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slice, red onion slices, and pickles. Place the top half of the bun on and press down gently.

Waffle Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Fries

Prepare the frozen waffle fries according to package instructions, either in the oven or deep fryer.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

Once cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
