Preparation
1. Muddle the Ingredients
In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, add the fresh blueberries and mint leaves. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add the sugar as well. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the ingredients together to release the juices and oils, about 10-15 seconds.
2. Add the Rum and Juice
Pour the Malibu Coconut Rum and pineapple juice into the glass or shaker with the muddled blueberries and mint. Stir the mixture gently to combine the flavors.
3. Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes, allowing the mixture to chill. If using a shaker, you can shake the mixture with ice before pouring it into the serving glass.
4. Top with Club Soda
Gently pour the club soda over the top of the mixture in the glass. Stir lightly to mix.
