Method

Preparing the Hangover Sandwich

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Fry the Eggs

In the same pan, using some of the bacon fat, crack the eggs and cook sunny-side up for 3-4 minutes or until the whites are set but yolks are still runny.

  3. 3

    Toast the Brioche Buns

Cut the brioche buns in half and toast them in the pan or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Layer on the lettuce, sliced tomato, crispy bacon, American cheese, sunny-side up eggs, red onion slices, and pickle slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

Preparing the Waffle Fries

  1. 5

    Cook the Waffle Fries

Follow the package instructions to cook the frozen waffle fries. Typically, this involves baking them at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
